颜料红B 生产工艺  抄自“颜料” p. 251.

Bd 006  C.I. 颜料红 1 = Fn 0006. C.I. 颜料红 1 (C.I. 12070)

【制法】 将276 kg 对硝基苯胺和2000 L水搅拌过夜，次日加入1320 L 5mol/L盐酸，冷却至00C. 在液面下快速加入263 L 40%亚硝酸钠溶液，稀释至总体积为5000 L，过滤，得重氮液。
 在200C 下，将284 kg 2-萘酚和21 kg 2-萘酚-7-磺酸（F 酸）溶于400 L 3.3%氢氧化钠和5000 L水中，加入12 kg 环烷酮L （Cyclanon L）在50 L水的溶液，再加入120 kg 土耳其红油，稀释至总体积为7500 L, 温度200C，得偶合液。 



  在1 h内，从偶合液液面下加入重氮液，然后加入15 kg 白垩，搅拌3 h。加热至700C，趁热过滤，可不必水洗，在65-700C下干燥，得650kg 产品。

   4-Nitraniline  à β-Naphthol (+ a little “F” Acid)

Diazo solution:  原英译文，是按德文格式，我是改成连着写了。

   276 kg 4-nitraniline are stirred overnight (抄注：无三班倒) with 2,000 l water. Next day add, 1,320 l 5N hydrochloric acid and cool with the ice to 00C.  Diazotise by adding as quickly as possible, below the surface, 263 l sodium nitrite 40%w/w. Make to a final volume of 5,000 l and filter,

Coupling component:

  284 kg β-Naphthol and 21 kg “F” Acid (2-naphthol-7-sulfonic acid) are dissolved in a solution of 400 l caustic soda 33%w/w in 5,000 l water at 250C. When solution is complete add, 12 kg Cylanon L in 50 l water， followed by，120 kg Turkey Red oil. Then make the volume to 7,500 l at 200C.

Coupling:
  The diazo solution is added, below the surface, during 1 hour. Then add, 15 kg Chalk. Stir for 3 hours, heat to 700C, filter at once whilst hot, but do not waash.
 Drying at 65-700C.
 Yield = 650 kgs.
