Vorschrift zur Herstellung von 1,4-diamino-2,3-diphenoxyanthrachinon = Geranol B Base.  抄自PB 82232, 862.

I.  Arbeitsweise:  
   In eine Emaillekessel werden in 375 kg trockenes Phenol bei 900 60 kg 2,3-Dichlor-1,4-diaminoanthrachinon und 64 kg Kaliumcarbonat eingetragen. Es wird in 3 Stunden auf 1650, in 1 Stunde auf 1900 und in 1 weiteren Stunde auf 1950 geheizt. Dabach wird in 3 Stunden die Temperatur auf 1980 erhoecht und so lange gehalten, bis kein Ausgangsmaterial mehr nachzuweisen ist (Schmelzdauer ca. 1-2 Stunden).

   Die fertige Schmelze wird sofort auf 1600 abgekuehlt, mit 190 l. 30%iger Natronlauge und 150 l. Wasser vorsichtig versetzt. Bei 1000 werden abermals 180 l. Wasser hinzugegeben. Das Reaktionsprodukt faellt kristallin aus und wird bei etwa 400 abgepresst.   Ausbeute:  130 kg Presskuchen feucht 55%ig.

II.  Apparatur:   1.  1000 l. Emaillekessel mit Emailleruehrer.   2.  Eiserne Pressse.

Plant:  1000 l. enameled vessel.    Iron press.

Method:
  375 kg. dry phenol, 60 kg. 1,4-diamino-2,3-dichloroanthraquinone and 64 kg. potassium carbonate are heated to 1650C. in 3 hours, in a further hour to 1900C., in another hour to 1950C. and then in 3 hours to 1980C. The temperature is maintained for 1-2 hours until no starting material can be detected by the microscope. After cooling back to 1600C. 190 kg. 30% caustic soda solution is carefully added followed by 150 l. water. At 1000C. another 180 l. water is added. The product crystallized out and is filtered at 400C.  Yield = 130 kg. press cake 55%.

  本人前已说明，BIOS是二手货，这里再次对照，供参考。原文说，2,3-二氯-1,4-二氨基蒽醌是在900C加入苯酚中的，而英文译文，未提。也可能是打字员少打了。再说，工艺摘要是德国人写的，它不是原生产工艺规程。如，英译文说，用显微镜看终点，这是符合原工艺规程的。
