反应式：  本人有加注。

Oxidation of leuco 1,4-diamino anthraquinone, to 1,4-diamino anthraquinone, is carried out as follows:

1800 liters of nitrobenzene are charged into a 3000 liter kettle and 500 kg. of leuco 1,4-diamino are added at room temperature after which the charge is heated slowly to 100 - 1300 and at this temperature 5 liters of Piperidine are added and the charge heated to 1500. The charge is then agitated at 1500 until test for oxidation is complete. The test is carried out by dissolving a sample in pyridine in which the leuco 1,4-diamino anthraquinone dissolves with a dirty olive color, whereas 1,4-diamino anthraquinone has a clear, reddish blue colored solution. The solution of the sample is compared with a standard made from satisfactory material.

When the test is satisfactory, the charge is blown into a Venuleth and vacuum distilled to recover the solvent.

Yield:  The dry product from the Venuleth 506 kg. of 89.3% purity, 452 kg. of 100% equiv., 96% of theory.

The product contains generally about 2.2% of 1-hydroxy-4-amino anthraquinone and about 1.0% of ash.

I.  Arbeitsweise:

   In 1800 l. Nitrobenzol warden 500 kg. Leuko-1,4-Diaminoanthrachinon eingetragen. Die Temperatur wird langsam auf 100 - 1300 gebracht. Nach Zugabe von 5 l. Piperidin wird auf 1500 geheizt. Ist die Oxydation beendet, wird die Partie in einen Venuleth gedruckt, getrocknet.    Die Ausbeute betragt 452 kg. 100%ig.

II.  Apparatur:  1) 3000 l. eiserner Ruehrwerkkessel mit 1000 l. uebergangsvorlage.

               2) 3000 l. Trockenvenuleth.

在锅内加入硝基苯700公斤及1,4-二氨基蒽醌隐色体117.4公斤。加热到140-1450C，保温4小时进行氧化。用色层测终点，（无黄斑点呈现，为氧化完全）。
