Method: 缩合生产[80546-37-8]已上网。后续如下。
Dioxazine intermediate. Then it is heated to 1500C. without vacuum and at this temperature benzene sulphonyl chloride (40-50 kg.) added. It is now heated to 176-1800C. and stirred at this temperature until no further acetic acid distils off (4-8 hours). It is subsequently cooled, diluted with o-dichlorobenzene (500 kg.) and blown hot (1000C. see Note 4) on to the pressure nutsch and there washed from the reaction pan with dichlorobenzene (200 litres) heated to 1000C., until a sample of the reaction product boiled up in the laboratory no longer shows a blue colour in the filtrate but only a reddish fluorescence. The dichlorobenzene is removed from the filter cake with steam in the adjoibing still; the product filtered off on the nutsch and washed with water. It is dried at 1000C. in a drying cupboard. Yield 80% of the theoretical on aminoethylcarbazole.
