CAS名: Benzenesulfonic acid, 5-(acethylamino)-2-amino-    历史参考文献: Beil. 14. E1, 725; E2, 444; E4, 2773.

用途: 酸性红37。 直接绿50。 活性红9。  反应类别: 氨基乙酰化。

BIOS 1153, 203. （=胶卷PB 85687）。 p-Aminoacetanilide-3-sulphonic acid.  (Leverkusen). 英国人译自德文（无资料来源）。

反应式: 本人有加注。（抄注：实际上本资料译自PB 25623, 66.）。

Plant: 1 Wrought iron, tiled vat, 10000 l. capacity, with agitator and copper cooling coils.

1  Iron, tiled nutsche 3000 l. capacity.     1  Tiled blow-egg, 8000 l. capacity.

Materials:  p-Phenylenediaminesulphonic acid ≈ 200 kg. NaNO2 .     Soda ash   150 kg.

Acetic anhydride  307 kg.         Hydrochloric acid   800 l.

Process:

The p-phenylenediaminesulphonic acid is used as total liquor as obtained directly from the reduction process.  For 540 kg. 100% product (≈ 200 kg. NaNO2 ) one adds 150 kg. soda ash.  Then, below 250, 96% acetic anhydride are run in slowly.  When addition is complete, the batch is acidified with hydrochloric acid (800 l.), allowed to crystallize for 2 hours, and then dropped to the nutsche.

Yield: 88% theory.

将540 kg100% 对苯二胺磺酸（以还原溶液状态使用，相当于200 kg NaNO2）放入10000 L铁搅拌锅中，加入150 kg碳酸钠。然后在25℃以下缓缓加入307 kg 96% 醋酐，加完后用800 L 盐酸酸化，结晶2小时，抽滤，对乙酰氨基苯胺-3-磺酸收率88%。

新时代 新目标：去年9月到第二届江苏志愿服务交流会，想报名参加，经交流无“技术”有关项目，无哪个组织可以接纳。今年我想提出“技术志愿者”，以有组织形式，参加免费服务，未知是否有人可以出来组织一下，如果再没有，当然继续单干！
