(Leverkusen). 英国人译自德文 反应式:本人有加注,暂未找到德文原件(英文中结构式写错了!)。 ![]() Outline: 4-Chloronitrobenzene-3-sulphonic acid is converted into the sulphonyl chloride by heating with 9.4 mol. of chlorosulphonic acid. Plant: 1 C.I. vessel, 2750 l. with “Gitter” stirrer, gas heated and split-ring for water cooling. 1 Vat, 12000 l. capacity, tiled, “Balken” stirrer. 1 Nutsche, tile-lined. 1 C.I. tiled blow-egg. 8000 l. capacity. Charge: Chlorosulphonic acid 2250 kg. p-Chloronitrobenzene sulphonic acid dry, ground. 142 kg. Ice 4-5 tones. Process: The gas heated pan is charged with 2250 kg. of chlorosulphonic acid and the p-chloronitrobenzene sulphonic acid is charged in slowly. It is stirred for 1 hour, heated slowly to 98℃ and held 2 hours at this temperature. Test: An aliquot sample is taken, made alkaline, hydrolysed, reduced with Zn dust and estimated with nitrite. The batch is cooled to 20-25℃. and blown, simultaneously with the addition of 4 tones of ice, into 1000 l. of water. The temperature must not rise above 15℃. It is dropped to the nutsche and washed with cold water. Yield = 80% theory.
