用途:橡胶硫化促进剂。LookChem登录生产与经营单位153家。

BIOS 1150. (=胶卷PB  )。 Vulcacit DM (Dibenzthiazyl disulfide). 英国人译自德文(无资料原件)。 沈阳院工作时抄录。

反应式:本人有加注,暂未找到德文原件。

Properties:  Yellowish grey powder. M. P. 170-175℃.

Process:

A solution of mercaptobenzthiazol calcium salt of known mercaptan content is acidified with hydrochloric acid in a storage vessel and a portion of the slurry equivalent to 500 kg. 100% mercaptan is run to a rotary filter.  After washing the cake is transferred to a 1,4000 l. oxidation vat: 500 kg. 30% hydrochloric acid (150 kg. at 100%) is added and water added to give a total volume of 10,000 l., the concentration of acid being then 1.5%.  A solution of sodium chlorate – 351 l. = 95 kg. NaClO3 (20% excess) – is then added.  After warming to 30℃., 178 l. 30% sodium nitrite solution (62.4 kg. NaNO2 = 20% excess) is run in slowly at such a rate that no blue reaction on starch-iodide paper is obtained.  When the addition is complete stirring is continued for a further hour.

A sample of the product on isolation should show m. p. above 1700.  If this is not achieved the batch is further teated with 10% theory of sodium chlorate (8 kg.) and sodium nitrite (5.2 kg.) as described above.

When oxidation is complete the batch is filtered on a rotary filter where it is washed once with working water, twice with condenser water and once with a 1% ammonia solution after which it is dried and ground.   Yield: 90-92% theory.  m. p. 170-175℃.

Notes: Nitrite is used along with the chlorate so as to produce chlorite which is a stronger oxidising agent.  Sodium chlorate was no longer available and experiments free being carried out with chlorine.  The use air plus nitrous oxides had given good results in the laboratory but the process would not be operated on the large scale on account of excessive frothing.  Hydrogen peroxide, persulfate and polythionate were also considered good oxidizing agents.   BIOS 1079. 另有说明,未抄录。

本资料引用FIAT 1018, 22;BIOS 661, 8; BIOS 1150, 9, 但未知译自哪一个。抄录如下:

二苯并噻唑基二硫化物为白色粉末,凝固点180℃,用作橡胶硫化促进剂。商品名促进剂DM,Vulcacit DM.

在14000 L衬橡胶并衬砖的氧化锅中加入5000 L水,500 kg 100% 巯基苯并噻唑(实际应用为浆状物)和435 L 30% 盐酸,加水至总体积为10000 L,再加入350 L 27.3% 氯酸钠溶液,反应温度保持在30℃。然后滴加30% 亚硝酸钠溶液,加入速度要使锅内物任何时候不使碘-淀粉试纸变蓝,这约需178 L亚硝酸钠。取样测定熔点应不低于165℃。反应物在旋转过滤器中过滤,自来水洗一次,凝缩水洗两次,1% 氨水洗一次,干燥。如果熔点低于165℃,应再加30 L 氯酸钠溶液和14.8 L亚硝酸钠溶液。续加氯酸钠溶液和亚硝酸钠溶液,应重复至产品熔点超过165℃。混合物先排放到缓冲容器中,再到橡胶衬里的旋转过滤器中,在这里进行连续过滤和热水洗涤,尽管固体测试含有80%水,产品离开过滤机,送往连续式带状干燥机,在这里形成园柱形棒状,落入悬挂的篮中,通过热空气通道。经过5次后,干产品出料。在干燥中易于释出酸,篮子有某种程度的浸蚀。

收率90-92%。产品规格:(1)熔点不低于165℃; (2)100 目筛残留物不超过0.3%;(3)灰分不超过0.3%;(4)水分不超过0.5%。

每生产1吨促进剂DM单耗:苯胺(98%)707 kg; 二硫化碳(98%)679 kg; 亚硝酸钠(96%)149 kg.

除用氯酸钠为氧化剂外,氯气也是很好的氧化剂,空气加N2O也有很好的氧化结果。

【制法】将2-巯基苯并噻唑(参见促进剂M)和亚硝酸钠加入鼓泡塔内,滴加10% 的硫酸溶液,并鼓入空气。控制反应温度在60℃左右。硫酸滴完后,继续鼓入空气,温度仍保持60℃,直至反应完全。
