To a solution of 158 kilos
of 1,3,3-trimethyl-2-methylene-indoline-ω-aldehyde in 820 kilos of sulfuric
acid 20% strength. 124 kilos of
aminoresorcine-
-dimethyl-ether are
introduced at ordinary temperatures and whole is stirred until the
precipitation of dyestuff is finished.
The crude dyestuff is isolated and recrystallized from water. Yield = 217 kilos of Astrazon Yellow 3G. Strength. 30:100.

wird eine Lösung von 124 kg 2,4-Dimethoxyanilin in 1000 kg 20% iger Schwefelsäure
zugefügt und die Mischung bei Raumtemperatur bis zur beendeten Farbstoffbildung
gerührt. Man presst die gelben Kristalle
ab, löst aus Wasser um trocknet den gereinigten Farbstoff. Man erhält 217 kg Farbstoff, welche 720 kg
Handelstyp entsprechen.

国内研究动态：
上海阳离子染料试验协作组 《阳离子染料新品种的试验研究》。 [J] 染料工业, 1975, 6, 14-19. P. 16. 阳离子黄4G。
制备方法：抄注：阳离子黄4G是用2,5-二甲氧基苯胺，CAS号 [102-56-7]，所得染料暂未找到其CAS号。抄录仅供参考！
在搪瓷反应锅中，搅拌下加入137公斤20%硫酸，于室温下加入23公斤100%计的2,5-二教育局苯胺和30公斤100%计1,3,3-三甲基吲哚乙醛。在26-30℃反应16小时，反应物料逐渐呈黄绿色，过滤，滤饼即粗制品染料。准备下一步精制。
在搪瓷反应锅中，搅拌下加入1800立升水，加入上述粗制品，加热到75℃使之完全溶解，加入3.6公斤活性炭，搅拌半小时后过滤。滤液加入140公斤精制盐，在室温下过滤。70℃干燥，得原染料43.6公斤，相当于标准品62.3公斤。
抄注：本文无参考文献。其实是参考了不完整的国外资料，经过科技人员的努力，完成了工业生产的条件。
