5,6-Dichloro-2-aminobenzothiazole:

反应式:  本人有加注。（这是以前从上海市染料研究所进口图书中抄录的资料）。

 5,6-Dichloro-2-aminobenzothiazole may be prepared by adding 600 litre glacial acid to 81 kg. 3,4-dichloroaniline, adding 81 kg. of sodiumthiocyanate thereto, heating to 40℃, holding at 40-45℃ for 90 minutes, cooling to 10℃., adding slowly 80 kg. bromine dissolved in 100 litre glacial acetic acid during 1 hour while stirring at 10-13℃., stirring 2 hours at 13-15℃, collecting the precipitate by filtration, slurrying the precipitate in 2.4 litres water at 40-50℃., adjusting to pH 9.5 by adding 230 kg. 25% aqueous NaOH gradually during 1 hour. Cooling to 10℃, collecting the solids by filtration, washing the solids with 150 litre H2O at room temperature and drying the resulting 5,6-dichloro-2-aminobenzothiazole at 90℃.
