用途：C.I. 直接紫47和其它染料的合成。LookChem网有登录。 反应类别：重氮化，偶合和硝基还原。

BIOS 1548, 128-129.（=胶卷PB 85593）。 Sirius supra Red-violet RL.  (Leverkusen). 单偶氮染料的合成。英国人译自德文。

反应式：本人有加注，译者未说明资料来源。历史产品因有新用途，所以列入新的CAS号。

5-Nitro-2-anisidine-4-sulphonic acid, = 100 kg. NaNO2, is stirred overnight in 1,500 l. water, made up to 3,200 l. and diazotized with 400 l. hydrochloric acid 19.50Be’ 1,500 kg. Ice and 100 kg. sodium nitrite as 30% solution.  Volume 5,500 l.  Temperature 0-2℃.

Schaffer salt, = 110 kg. NaNO2, is charged on the previous day into 800 l. water.  After stirring overnight 160 kg. soda are added, the diazo is run into this paste during 0.5 hour, and the coupling stirred overnight.  The coupling is heated at 30℃. for 2 hours and then made alkaline with 6 kg. caustic soda.  A solution of 195 kg. sodium sulphide 100% in 600 l. water is added.  The reduction is finished in 0.5-1 hour，the temperature rising to 40℃.  1,800 kg salt are added, then 700 l. hydrochloric acid 19.50Be’ run in slowly until Congo acid, and the intermediate filtered off.

5-硝基-2-氨基苯甲醚-4-磺酸（相当于100 kg 亚硝酸钠）搅拌加入1500 L水中。过夜后，用水稀释至3200 L。然后，加入19.50Be’的盐酸，1500 kg 冰和100 kg 亚硝酸钠（30%的浓度），进行重氮化。最终体积为5500 L，温度控制在0-2℃。

另外，在前一日将相当于110 kg 亚硝酸钠的雪佛酸盐放入800 L水中，搅拌过夜后，加入160 kg的纯碱，再将重氮盐溶液在半小时内倾入偶合液中搅拌过夜。升温至30℃ 2小时后，加6 kg苛性钠呈碱性，再加入100%的硫化钠195 kg 溶于600 L水的溶液。还原反应在半小时至1小时内即可完成。使温度升至40℃，加盐1800 kg，缓缓注入700 L 19.50Be’的盐酸，直至对刚果红试纸显示酸性，如何将中间染料过滤出来。

   5-Nitro-2-anisidine-4-sulfonic acid is diazotized and coupled with Schäffer’s salt.  The product is reduced by means of sodium sulfide.
