Process:
Recovered and fresh monomethylamine are adjusted to 25% w/w and then
mixed in an agitated vessel with 42-43% 2-hydroxy-ethane sodium sulphonate(抄注:CAS号 [1562-00-1])solution in the proportion of 1500 litres
monomethylamine 25% to 400 litres 42-43% 2-hydroxyethane sodium
sulphonate. 7-8 litres 50% NaOH is added
to the above quantities as a catalyst.
The mixture is then pumped through a heat exchanger by means of
hydraulic pump equipped with a nitrogen filled “Air-vessel” to smooth out the
pump pulsation. In the heat exchanger
the reaction mixture is heated counter-currently by the mixture which has already
passed through the reaction zone. From
the heat exchanger the reaction mixture passes to the reaction tube, which
located in an electrically heated furnace, and thence to “Nachreaktronsrohr”
the purpose of which is to provide further time, under reaction conditions, to
complete the reaction. From the “Nachreaktionstohr”
the mixture passes via the heat exchanger to a let-down valve and thence to a
24 cu. m. still. The pressure in the
system is maintained at 200 ats. by manipulation of the let-down valve and the
temperature is adjusted to 280℃. by regulation of the electric heating
circuit. The reaction time is 25-30
mintes, and the capacity of the plant is 1,100-1,300 litres reaction mixture
per hour. The excess monomethylamine is
distilled off and recovered in an absorber; the solution is then evaporated
till it contains 25-28% methyl-taurin Sp. G. 1.14 at 80℃.
The solution is then cooled to 70-80℃ and pumped through a filter press to a wooden storage vessel and
thence to tank wagons.
Yield: based on 2-hydroxyethane sodium sulphonate – 82% and 90% on
methylamine.

过剩のCH3NH2を蒸馏し,メチルタウリン液は25-28%,比重1.14(800)まで蒸发し70-800で滤過する。收率ヒドロキシに对し82%,メチルアミンに对し90%。

将回收的和新鲜的一甲胺调节到浓度25%,然后与42-43% 2-羟基乙烷磺酸钠盐溶液混合,其比例为1500 L 25% 一甲胺对400 L 42-43% 2-羟基乙烷磺酸钠,加入7-8 L 50% 氢氧化钠溶液作为催化剂。混合物压过热交换器。在热交换器中反应混合物与已经通过反应区的混合物进行逆流加热。反应混合物由热交换器出来后,通过反应管,反应管处在电热炉中,然后到达“后反应管”,其目的是提供更多的在反应条件下的时间以完成反应。从“后反应管”出来到达热交换器,再到达2400 L锅中。系统中的压力保持在200巴,温度用电热调节到280℃,反应时间25-30分钟,设备容量为1100-1300 L 反应混合物/小时。过量的一甲胺蒸馏出来,然后将溶液蒸发,直至含有25-28% 甲基牛磺酸,比重1.14(80℃)。
溶液然后冷却到70-80℃备用。以2-羟基乙烷磺酸钠计,收率82%;以甲胺计,收率90%。
