Az℃l℃n 500 kgをH2S℃4 5 tに装入，1200に5 h保温，水650 kgを滴下，室温まで冷して滤過，580Be’ 硫酸で洗い（1-amin℃-2-hydr℃xyanthraquin℃neが滤液に移る），ケ- クを水と煮沸して滤過し湯洗し亁燥する。320 kg，收率78%。

将500 kg 5-(2’-羧基苯甲酰基) 苯并噁唑酮加到5000 kg 硫酸一水合物中，加热到130℃，在130℃保持5小时。加入650 kg水，混合物冷却至室温。过滤，用75% 硫酸洗涤。异构体1-氨基-2-羟基蒽醌弃置于滤液中。
滤饼与水搅拌，加热至沸，过滤，热水洗去酸，干燥。得到320 kg 2-氨基-3-羟基蒽醌，收率78%。
