【CAS名】 9,10-Anthracenedione, hydroxybis(phenylamino)-, sulfonated, sodium salt.  酸式CAS号[85455-49-8]。

【用途】织物染色，也可用于毛皮和生物的着色。

Stage 3: Sulphonation。 

Plant: Normal sulphonation plant。

Method: 530 kg base[81-70-9] is stirred in 1800kg 98% sulphuric acid at 40℃. Until a test sample is soluble in hot water. After cooling to 20℃. The charge is blown to 16,000L water, filtered in a press and washed with 15,000L 5% sodium chloride solution. The cake is mixed with 500L water and 120kg 30% caustic soda until not quite alkaline but slightly acid and about 30kg sodium carbonate is then added – until delta alkaline. The mixture is not filtered but dried directly at 80 – 90℃. Yield = 618kg dry weight = 923kg powder standard.

Alizarin Blue Black B

Add 530kg Blue Black B Base [81-70-9] to 1800kg 98% sulfuric acid. Warm to 40℃ and hold at that temperature until s sample is soluble in hot water. Cool to 20℃ and drown in 16,000L water. Filter in filter press and wash with 15,000L 15% salt solution.

Stir up cake in 500L water. Neutralize with about 120kg sodium hydroxide and then make alkaline to Delta papers with about 30kg soda. Dry at 80 – 90℃. Yield 618kg dry = 923 kg standard.

Note: The alkaline color paste may be dried in a Venuleth（真空耙式干燥器）at 60 mm, vacuum at temperature below 100℃. Higher temperature harms shade and especially tinctorial strength. Stainless steel is preferred material of construction.

（日）细田豊《理论制造染料化学》，技报當出版，1957年，P. 684，アリザリン ブル-ブラック B. 译自BIOS 1484，スルホン化。ベ-ス [81-70-9] 530 kgを98% 硫酸1800 kgと400 で试料が汤に溶解するまで搅拌する。200 に冷し水16 m3に排出，滤過，5% NaCl液15 m3で洗い，ケ-クを水500 l + NaOH 30% 120 kgとまぜて弱酸性とし，さらにNa2CO3 约30 kgを加えてデルタ纸にアルカリ性とし，そのまま80 - 9001で干燥する。618 kg，标准923 kg。

1-羟基-2,4-双（4-磺苯氨基）蒽醌二钠盐的制备：

预先准备：（a）2升7% 氯化钠溶液；（b）45毫升一水合硫酸。

将装有搅拌和温度计的100毫升三口烧瓶，置于加热水浴中，加入40毫升一水合硫酸，搅拌下，在料温不超过40℃分小份加入1-羟基-2,4-双苯氨基蒽醌硼酸盐，加完保温一小时，加热至45℃，保温1 – 2小时至磺化完毕。磺化终点测定，取1 – 2滴磺化液，溶于加有1 – 2毫升25% 氨水的5 – 10毫升热水中，无原色料为止，将反应物料冷至15 – 20℃。将装有搅拌和温度计的500毫升烧杯置于水浴中，固定在卡圈内，加入28克氯化钠和330毫升水，搅拌10 – 15分钟，在30 – 40分钟内仔细地加入磺化液，悬浮液搅拌30分钟，用布氏漏斗过滤，滤饼抽干，用7% 氯化钠溶液洗涤，每次50毫升，洗涤至洗液对刚果红试纸呈中性，重新抽干，置于培养皿中，于90 – 100℃干燥。得量：24 – 25克（91-95%），薄层展开（4毫升甲醇 – 0.01毫升10%氢氧化钠溶液），Rf 0.7（水中吸收曲线图，略）。
