1. 重氮化：合成[4680-73-3]
重氮桶内放水1800升，升温45°C，将1,4-氨基萘磺酸钠[130-13-2](548.8公斤)加入，搅拌20分钟至完全溶化，将盐酸(186.9公斤)的稀溶液在45–60分钟内加完，搅拌2小时后，降温至30 – 35°C，体积为3200升，液面下加亚硝酸钠(153.4公斤，配成30% 水溶液)于35 – 40分钟内加完(加亚硝酸钠水溶液过程中随时用淀粉碘化钾，刚果红试纸测试显蓝色)最后搅拌3小时，降温至30°C，体积为4500升，准备偶合。
2. 偶合：合成[2611-82-7]。
将G盐[842-19-3]808公斤(酸式[118-32-1])奖状物配成3000升，在搅拌中于常温加入偶合碱(448公斤)，至G盐澄清pH=11，降温至25°C，体积为4500升，在土耳其油[29704-46-9](24公斤)加入，再将重氮液[4680-73-3]在30分钟先快后慢加入G盐偶合液内，偶合在pH=8.4–8.7，约半小时，重氮液即消失(作斑点试验与H酸试液不生色)为终点，达终点后，搅拌2小时，升温至50°C再搅拌1小时，加盐[7647-14-5](3600公斤)盐析搅拌1小时，过滤，烘干的成品染料[2611-82-7]。
