Nitrite Aniline is charged into 3,000kg ice and 800L HCl 19.5°Be’ and diazotized
with 200kg NaNO2 as 23% solution. Temperature 0°C, Volume 7,500L. 200kg
Nitrite Di-J-acid is charged into 10,000L water and 685kg Na2CO3.
Heat to dissolve, then cool and finally add 2,500kg ice. Temperature 5°C. Add
the diazo at 5°C Volume 24,000L After a short time, heat to 70°C and add NaCl
to 10% of volume. Filter, Yield = 6,000kg Type.

【产品结构式/反应方程式】略
【操作方法】如下：
1.
【苯胺重氮化】(抄注；苯胺重氮化，CAS号[100-34-5]，已在2021年11月23日上传，不再抄录)。
2.
【偶合】双J酸[87-03-6](110公斤)打浆，体积为1200升，加入偶合碱(83公斤)搅拌溶解为黑色澄清液，升温至30-35°C，偶合前降温至3-5°C，体积为2320升，pH = 9即可。将重氮液[100-34-5]用60-70分钟以先快后慢的速度加入双J酸[87-03-6]内，pH = 8.4-8.7(如低于8.4时，调碱水)温度8-10°C，重氮液在偶合完10-15分钟消失。重氮液消失后搅拌2小时，加盐(400公斤)后升温70°C再搅拌30分钟，即可压滤烘干
