【操作方法】重氮化和偶合反应是在同一个8吨的反应罐中进行的，采用反重氮化法。即把间苯二胺100% 216公斤(8%的间位水2700公斤)与亚硝酸钠40% 228公斤亚硝酸钠混合，加冰降温至50C以下，并调水位到3600升，然后以先快后慢的速度加入，稀释成10%的盐酸1080公斤(折100%为108公斤)加酸时间控制在40分钟左右，反应终点重氮盐消失，间苯二胺微过量，pH为3，搅拌1.5小时，加1300 – 1500公斤再制盐进行盐析，搅拌1小时过滤，滤饼在120°C以下烘干，粉碎混合，包装入库。单锅得量为 568公斤，间位吨耗 380公斤/吨。
