Indanthrene Olive R (Ludwigshafen)       Pasting: 
Plant:  4000 litre C.I. vessel with jacket.       25  cu. metre tile lined receiver. 
					
						       12  cu. metre blow egg.      Wooden presses. 
Materials: 
						
							4000 kg. 96% sulphuric acid. Add 600 kg. base (见CAS号[128-79-0]) at 25-300C. in 8 hours. Agitate for 2 hours at 300C. and blow into a solution of 50 kg. sodium chlorate in 18 cubic metres water. Heat to 800C. in 1/2 hour, and hold for 1/2 hour. Filter through press and wash. 
							
								Yield = 433 kg. standard.    Dilute with Tamol. 
								
									以上应是英国人摘译自德文生产工艺，但未说明资料来源。

											Indanthrene Oliver (原文错了，应为Olive) R Paste. 
											
												In an iron kettle are placed 4000 kilograms of sulfuric acid (96%), and 600 kilograms Indanthrene Olive R Base (见CAS号[128-79-0]) (which has been ground and sieved) are added over 8 hours at 25-300C. This mixture is allowed to agitate 2 hours at 300 for the carbazolation of the solution and then the finished carbazolized melt is blown to a tub in which a solution has previously been made up consisting of 50 kilograms of sodium chlorate in 18 cubic meters of water, 
												
													After blowing over the acid solution, the slurry is heated to 800 in one-half hour and is then sucked into Montejus and filtered off in three filter presses. 
													
														The cakes are washed neutral and used for preparation of either paste or powder brands. 
														
															From 600 kilograms of Indanthrene Olive R Base (crude) 73% = 483 kilograms of Indanthrene Olive R Base 100% are obtained 1848 kilograms of Works Product wet (28%) solids =519.6 kilograms of Works Product dry (dyeing 120/100) 83% = 433 kilograms paste of type strength = 90% yield from 100% starting material. 
															
																以上应是美国人摘译自德文生产工艺，它比英国人摘的多，但也未说明资料来源。因为未见德文原件，所以不好评述。
