	180 kg Blue II Spirit soluble are added at 25-26℃. during 2 hours to 580 kg. monohydrate,
and immediately after the addition heated to 85℃. and stirred for 5 hours at this temperature.  The sulphonation is blown into 1200 litres
water, made alkaline with milk of lime, boiled up, filtered, and the filter
residue washed several times.  The final
washings are used for diluting the next batch. 
The main filtrate is concentrated by evaporation, acidified with sulphuric
acid, the amount of calcium oxide estimated in a filtered sample, and the
corresponding amount of sodium sulphate added. 
Solution is evaporated and the dyestuff dried in a circulating air drier
at 80 – 100℃.    Yield: 242 kg. Ink Blue BJTN 80 Type.<o:p></o:p>

	 天津染料生产工艺汇编。1980年。P. 114-116.  酸性墨水蓝。 （缩合已上网，见C.I.溶剂蓝23）抄录如下。
 

	磺化: 将备好的硫酸（99.5%±）420公斤，打入500升磺化锅内，然后将备好的190公斤苯胺蓝，在40℃±用3小时左右均匀加入，冷搅拌1小时，再1小时升温至85℃,
保85℃反应4.5小时，降温至40℃, 磺化反应结束。<o:p></o:p>
 

	中和: 预先将上批水洗液及白灰浆打入中和罐内，开动搅拌调整温度至60℃,放入磺化物进行中和，时间约40分钟，中和后沸腾煮15分钟，检查中和完全后即可放入过滤槽进行吸滤，水洗，将过滤液及水洗液打入脱钙罐内，待过滤全部结束，进行碱脱钙。<o:p></o:p>
 

	脱钙: 称好的纯碱约30公斤左右，均匀分批的加入，搅拌片刻，直至终点，然后进行过滤，滤液打入碱性浓缩槽进行浓缩至比重为1.04，倒入二次脱钙罐进行二次脱钙，其方法同前。<o:p></o:p>
 

	酸化: 待脱钙液全部打入后开动搅拌，准备好的稀硫酸慢慢进行酸化，到达终点后进行过滤，滤液打入酸性浓缩锅内。<o:p></o:p>
 

	浓缩，干燥: 酸化过滤液全部倒入浓缩锅内后，开动搅拌进行浓缩到比重1.15-1.20，然后吸入出罐进行喷雾干燥，每锅磺化约得半成品180公斤（色力折100%）。 原料消耗定额: 略。<o:p></o:p>

	其中含酸性紫17, 72，酸性蓝1, 7, 15, 83, 90, 100, 104, 109。 酸性绿5, 9, 16, 22。 未提到酸性蓝93和93:1。<o:p></o:p>
 

	增补: C.I. 溶剂蓝23. BIOS 1433, 36.（胶卷PB 81029）.Blue II Spirit soluble.  英国人译自德文（未说明资料来源）。抄录如下。<o:p></o:p>
 

	Rosaniline is phenylated at 180℃. as described under Reflex Blue B (Blue II
T Base), cooled to 100℃.,
and precipitated in hydrochloric acid and water.  The colour is filtered on suction filters,
boiled again in dilute acid soln., pressed, washed and dried in vacuum ovens at
100℃.  The aniline hydrochloride liquors are neutralized
with lime, and aniline recovered by distillation (closed steam coil).  The amounts of materials used per ton of
product are : - Rosaniline II  675
kg.  Benzoic acid   89 kg.  
Aniline   862 kg.<o:p></o:p>
 

	Lime   2102
kg.   HCl 30%   7843 kg.<o:p></o:p>
 

	Rosaniline II testing : -<o:p></o:p>
 

	1 gm. is dissolved in 200 ccs. HCl (diluted 1:10) and
80 ccs. Bisulphite soln. added.  After 24
hrs. the colour is compared with that of a soln. of Leather Yellow 3G（抄注：C.I. 46080）.  Rosaniline II should not contain more than 2%
Learther Yellow 3G.<o:p></o:p>
 

	40 gm. are heated on a water bath for 40 mins. With
800 ccs. HCl 31-32%, filtered after 24 hrs., the residue dissolved in water,
poured into boiling dilute caustic soda soln., boiled 1/2 hr., and after
cooling, filtered off, washed, dried and weighed.  There should be 14 – 16 gm. of this para
compound.<o:p></o:p>
