	CAS名：Dibenzofuran, 2-methoxy-   历史参考文献：待检索。
 

	用途：有机合成，冰染偶合组分等。LookChem网生产与经营单位19家。  反应类别：羟基醚化。
 

	BIOS 1149, 85.（=胶卷 PB 80376）。 
3-Methoxydiphenylene oxide. (Hoechst). 
英国人译自德文（无资料来源）。
 

	反应式：本人有加注（按CAS名是2-位，但抄录的资料是3-位），德文原件未抄录（PB 70361. 国内有收藏。）。

	Process: 
390 kg. crude, air-dried 2-chloro-2’,5’-dihydroxydiphenyl (≈330 kg.
100%) is charged into a 1 cb.m. autoclave, followed by 18 kg. of sodium
hydrosulphite conc. Powder.  The air in
the autoclave is replaced by nitrogen and 522 kg. of caustic potash liquor
(48.3%) charged.  The autoclave is
closed, heated to 1900 , then raised to 2100 in 1 hour and held at 1200 for 2
hours.  Finally it is cooled again 1 hour
to 1900 by which time the reaction is complete. 
The pressure rises to 8-10 atm. 
 

	When at 1000 or lower the autoclave contents
(thin liquid) are blown into a receiver, and can be kept in this form for
several days.  The contents of two
autoclave charges are methylated together. 
For this, 480 kg. of dimethyl sulphate are run slowly at 70-800 into the
alkaline solution.  The mixture is boiled
under reflux for 5 hours and then granulated at 30-250 and filtered.  The nutsche cake is again melted under water,
granulated, filtered and washed with water.
 

	The product is transferred to a distillation
unit and the water distilled off up to 1600 at atmospheric pressure.  The product is then distilled in vacuo, b.p.
140-1500 at 3 mm.  As last runnings at
150-1700 there is obtained a product containing unmethylated
3-hydroxy-diphenylene oxide which is eventually methylated in the above manner.
  Total yield = 480 kg.
3-methoxydiphenylene oxide = 80% theory on the 2-chloro-2’,5’-dihydroxydiphenyl
charged.
 

	The pure 3-methoxydiphenylene oxide has a C.
pt. of 44.1℃.

	    前记クロルジオキシジフェニル660 kg分の3-ヒドロキシジフェニレンオキシドのアルカリ溶液にジメチル硫酸480 kgを70-800で加え，逆流煮沸5 h後30-250に冷して粒状化し滤過，ケ- クを再び水ととかして粒状化し滤洗する。これを蒸馏机で1600に热して脱水後3 mm, 140-1500で蒸馏する。150-1700馏份はメチル化されていない部分である。480 kg，收率80%（クロルに对し）。
 

	抄注：日文译文是从CAS号[86-77-1] 开始的。

	在1000 L高压釜中加入390 kg 空气干燥的粗品2-氯-2’,5’-二羟基联苯，相当于330 kg 100% 产品，再加入18 kg 保险粉。用氮气代替高压釜内的空气，加入522 kg 48.3% 氢氧化钾溶液。关闭高压釜，加热到190℃，然后于1小时内升温至210℃，在210℃保持2小时，再在1小时内冷却到190℃。反应完成，压力升至8-10巴。
 

	在100℃或更低温度，高压釜内物为稀薄液体，流入接受器中，可以在这种状态保持数日。 将两锅高压釜的物料合并在一起精细甲基化，在70-80℃将480 kg 硫酸二甲酯缓缓流入该碱溶液中，混合物沸腾回流5小时，然后在30-25℃造粒，过滤。滤饼在水中熔融，造粒，过滤并水洗。
 

	产品转移到蒸馏釜中，在大气压力下蒸馏出水，温度达160℃。然后产品真空蒸馏。沸点140-150℃/3mm。在150-170℃作为最终馏份，得到含有未甲基化3-羟基二苯并呋喃（抄注：CAS号[86-77-1]）的产品·，它在以后以上述方式甲基化。
 

	得到480 kg 3-甲氧基二苯并呋喃，以2-氯-2’,5’-二羟基联苯计，收率80%。   纯品3-甲氧基二苯并呋喃结晶温度44.1℃。
