	Plant: 设备：略。 
 

	Materials: 
o-Nitrophenetole  800 kg。  Iron
powder  700 kg。 
Formic acid  16 kg。  
Sodium carbonate   10 kg。
 

	Process:
 

	The reducer is charged with 500 l. of water, 700 kg. of iron powder
and 12 kg. of formic acid (90%), and heated to 85℃. with agitation.  The
o-nitrophenetole (800 kg.) is run in from a measure vessel during 14-16 hours
with the temperature at 90-95℃.  To
complete the reduction, the batch is then heated to 100℃. and held for a further 2 hours.
 

	When reduction is complete, it is neutralized with soda ash, the oil
separated from the iron oxide and the residue steam distilled.  The total oil so obtained is run to the
oil-heated still and distilled at 20 mm. 
The batch temperature rises as bellow:
 

	100-150℃. 
Water distils.    150-160℃.  amino and water
fraction.    160-200℃.   o-phenetidine; still
head,  140℃.
 

	Total distillation time = hours. 
The water frpm the steam distillation is charged back for the next
reduction.
 

	Yield: 96% theory.

	6 m3还原机で水500 l. ,铁粉700 kg，義酸90% 12 kgを850に热し，o-ニトロフェネト- ル800 kgを900以下で14-16 hに加える。後1000近くで2 h搅拌，Na2CO3 200 kgを加え，全部を3 m3の蒸馏釜に移し，20 mm 160-2000の部分を採り，それまでの100-1600の留分は次の还原に加える。收率96%。

	在6000 L铁制还原器中加入500 L水，700 kg 铁粉和12 kg 甲酸，搅拌加热至85℃。在90-95℃于14-16小时内从计量槽流入800 kg 邻硝基苯乙醚。为了完成还原，反应物再加热至100℃，并保持2小时。
 

	还原完成后，用碳酸钠中和。将油状物于氧化铁分离，铁泥进行水蒸汽蒸馏。回收的油状物合并，在20 mmHg 减压蒸馏。（1）100-150℃为水蒸馏段；（2）150-160℃为胺与水馏份；（3）160-200℃为邻氨基苯乙醚，塔顶温度140℃。水蒸汽蒸馏产生的水在下次还原中复用。收率96%。
