	CAS名：[1,1’-Biphenyl]-2,5-diol, 2’-chloro-     历史参考文献：待检索。
 

	用途：合成杂环中间体，冰染重氮组分。LookChem网登录生产与经营单位6家。  反应类别：还原。
 

	BIOS 1149, 87. （=胶卷PB 80375）. 2-Chloro-2’,2’-dihydroxydiphenyl (chlordioxydiphenyl). Höchst.  英国人译自德文（无资料来源）。
 

	反应式：本人有加注，暂未找到德文原件。

	2-o-Chlorophenylbenzoquinone is reduced with sodium hydrosulphite in
chlorobenzene solution. 
 

	Process:  540 kg. of 100%
2-o-chlorophenylbenzoquinone (as a wet paste, Net. Wt. 1200 kg.) are charged
into a lead-lined vessel of 4 cb. m. capacity containing 500 kg. of
chlorobenzene and 500 kg. of water.  It
is stirred cold and 500 kg. sodium hydrosulphite powder, conc., added all at
once (or at any rate as quickly as possible. 
The reaction is over very quickly and the temperature of the mixture
rises to 70-800.
 

	The chlorobenzene is distilled off with direct steam giving 475 kg.
recovery (95% of that added); it is suitable fro re-use without further
treatment.  When all the chlorobenzene
has been distilled the batch consists of a lower oily layer of crude 2-chloro-2’,5’-dihydroxydiphenyl
and an upper layer of sodium sulphite solution.
 

	The oil can either be separated or the product granulated with good
cooling and stirring.  The granulated
product is filtered and washed with water. 
One obtains 650 kg. of crude, air-dried product, still containing
water.  The pure product melts at 100℃.
 

	Yield = 650 kg. actual. = 550 kg. at 100% dry wt. = 101% theory.

	    クロルフェニルキノン540 kg (ペ- スト1.2 t) をクロルベンゼン500 kg + 水500 kgに加え，Na2S2O4 500 kgを急に加えれば速かに反应して70-800に上る。クロルベンゼンを水蒸汽蒸馏し，下层の油状部を分けるか冷却搅拌して粒状にし滤して空气亁燥する。
 

	650 kg = 550 kg 亁燥，收率101%， mp 1000.

	张澍声 《精细化工中间体工业生产技术》 1996年。 P. 269.  2-氯-2’,5’-二羟基联苯。  译自BIOS 1149, 87.
 

	在4000 L锅中加入500 kg 氯苯和500 kg水，然后加入540 kg 100% 2-氯苯基苯醌（滤饼，实重1200 kg）。搅拌冷却，全部立即加入500 kg保险粉，反应很快完成，混合物温度上升至70-80℃。
 

	用直接蒸汽蒸馏出氯苯，回收475 kg，为加料的95%，无需进一步处理即可复用。当全部氯苯蒸出后，分为粗2-氯-2’,5’-二羟基联苯油状物的下层和保险粉溶液的上层。油可以分离出来，或者经搅拌冷却进行造粒。粒状产品过滤，水洗。得到650 kg 空气干燥的粗品，仍含有水。
 

	纯品在100℃熔融。650 kg 粗产品相当于550 kg 100% 产品。
