反应式:本人有加注,暂未找到德文原件。 Dissolve sodium chloroacetate with 4-5 parts of water by weight at a temperature of not more than +75℃ to +80℃. Add to a 10/15% by weight methylamine solution equivalent to 15 mol. CH3NH2 per 1 mol. sodium chloroacetate. Agitated at about 15℃ for 24 hr. until the organic chlorine has been replaced. To the methylamine hydrochloride so formed add a 5% excess caustic soda and distill off the excess methylamine. Concentrate to an 18-19% sarcosinr sodium salt solution and pump through a filter press into a storage vessel.
Yield: 70% theory.

The information given here on this product is essentially supplement to that in B.I.O.S. Report No. 418.
Sarcosine is made by reaction of chloroacetic acid (1 mol.) with 50% aqueous methylamine (15 mol.). The excess amine is removed by distilling until the batch contains 0.2% or less of amine. After passing through a water cooled condenser the vapours pass through a series of four absorbers; these are cooled by internal cooling coil and are initially charged with about 1500 l. water. The system is operated to give an approximately 25% amine solution in the first absorber; this solution together with the original condensate are discharged to storage where the mixture is made up to 50% strength for re-use by passing in fresh methylamine gas. When the strength in the first unit reaches 25%, the strength in the second is about 20%, in the third 2% and in the fourth 1% or less. The units are of course changed in sequence as the first becomes saturated.
The total amine recovery is about 90% of the excess employed in the reaction. In general, 1 ton sarcosine consumes about 450 kg. methylamine for its manufacture.

クロル酸(1 モル)を5倍の水に溶し,计算量のNa2CO3を150以下で加え,75-80% メチルアミン溶液15 モル以上を150以下で加え约150で约1日搅拌する。つぎに1.05 モルのNaOHで中和し,CH3NH2 を蒸馏し,18-19%のサルコシン溶液として用いる。收率82-85%。メチルアミン回收率90%。

将氯乙酸钠在75-80℃溶解于4-5份水中,加入10-15% 甲胺溶液,每摩尔氯乙酸钠加入15摩尔甲胺,在约15℃搅拌24小时,直至有机氯全被取代。向这样生成的甲胺盐酸盐加过量5% 的氢氧化钠,蒸馏出过量甲胺,直至留下的反应物中仅含0.2% 胺或更少。经过水冷凝器后蒸汽通过4个串联的吸收器,吸收器内部冷却蛇管冷却,最初加入约1500 L水。在第一个吸收器中得到约25% 甲胺溶液,该溶液和最初的蒸馏甲胺一起贮存,通入新鲜的甲胺气体,配成50% 甲胺溶液供复用。当第一个吸收器浓度达到25%,第二个约20%,第三个约2%,第四个为1% 或更少。当第一个变饱和时,则顺次进行更换。回收甲胺约为过量甲胺的90%。通常生产1吨肌氨酸约消耗450 kg 甲胺。
肌氨酸钠溶液浓缩至18-19%,经压滤后存于贮槽。收率70%。
