4-Nitroanilin 1 / S à H- Saeure ß 2
/ a Anilin 译注;
S =酸性 a = 碱性
260 kg 4-Nitroanilin warden mit 1200 L Wasser und einer 23%igen Loesung von 132 kg Natriumnitrit ca 1/2 h verruehrt. Diese Suspension laeuft in eine Mischung aus 4000 L Wasser, 530 L 31%ige Salzsaeure, 500 kg Eis
Und
eine 23%ige Loesung von 1.2 kg
Natriumnitrit bei maximal 100C ein. Nach Zusatz von ca. 1000 kg Eis gibt man 2600 L einer waeBrigen Loesung von 485 kg H – Saeure innerhalb
von 1 bis 2 h unter gutem Ruehren zu. Nach 3 h ist die Kupplung beendet.
Inzwischen 165
kg Anilin in 300 L Wasser, 1500 kg
Eis und 440 L 31%ige Salzsaeure
durch Zugabe von 124 kg
Natriumnitrit als 23%ige Loesung
diazotiert. Volumen 3000 L. Nun wird der Monoazofarbstoff durch Zugabe 360 L 30%iger Natronlauge in loesung
gebracht und mit ca. 3000 kg Eis gekuehlt.
Hierzu laeuft die Loesung des dazotierten Anilins, und anschlieBend warden sofort 1800 L
15%ige Sodaloesung innerhalb 2 bis 3
min eingedrueckt. Volumen 22000 bis 23000
L. Nach 6 h versetzt man zum Aussalzen mit Kochsalz (9.5% bezogen auf das Volumen) und ruehrt ueber Nacht
weiter. Der ausgefaellte Farbstoff wird
abfiltriert und getrocknet.
Ausbeute ca.
1900 kg.
Gewoehnlich wird die saeure Kupplung von
4-Nitroanilin nicht zu Ende gefuehrt, da dies zuviel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen
wuerde. Das Handelsprodukt enthaelt daher meist geringe Anteil an roter MOnoazofarbstoff,

gruenstig schwarzen Disazofarbstoos zu einem nertralen

4-Nitroaniline à H – acid ß Aniline
P-Nitroaniline, equivalent to 130 kg. NaNO2 , is stirred overnight in 1,200 l. water, then 132 kg. Sodium Nitrite is added
and the mixture stirred for 1/2 hour. The suspension is run into 4,000 l. water
containing 1.2 kg. Sodium Nitrite, 530 l. Hydrochloric Acid 19.50 Be’
and 500 kg. Ice, keeping the temperature at 100C.
The resulting diazo solution is practically clear after
stirring a short while, but is run through a Schibler filter into the coupling
vat containing 1,000 kg. Ice
H – acid, = 120 kg. NaNO2 , dissolved in
2,600 l. water, is run into the diazo over 1-2 hours with good stirring.
Coupling is
complete in 3 hours.
Meanwhile, Aniline, = 124 kg. NaNO2 , is diazotized
in 300 l. water, 1,500 kg. Ice and 440 l. Hydrochloric Acid 19.50Be’
with a solution of 124 kg. Sodium Nitrite.
The monoazo coupling is dissolved by adding 360 l.
Caustic Soda 40% volume and cooled with 3,000 kg. Ice.
The diazo benzene
is run down, followed immediately by 1,800 l. of 20% soda solution added over
2-3 minutes.
After 6 hours, the
batch is salted to 9 1/2 on the volume, stirred overnight
and filtered.
Yield = 1,920 kg. Type.
Amido Black 10BC.
As above but after coupling the batch is heated to 700C.,
salted out to 9 1/2%, neutralized with 400 l. Sulphuric
Acid 400Be’, filtered and pressed.
Yield = 1,860 kg. Type.

p-ニトロアニリンNaNO2 130 kg 相当量を水 1,200 l.と1 夜搅拌しておき，NaNO2 132 kg. を加え1/2 h 搅拌し, これを水 4,000 料NaNO2 1.2 kg, 19.50Be’ HCl 530
l, 冰 500 kg.の混液100に加える。短时间搅拌の後シ”アソ”液はほとんと”透明になるか,念のたみSchibler filter を通し冰1,000 kgを入れたカツフ0リンク‘’タンクに移す。
H 酸 NaNO2 120 kg 相当を水2,600 l.に溶した液をシ”アソ”液に烈しい搅拌の下に1-2 hて”加えカツフ0リンク”は3 hて”终る。
一方アニリンNaNO2 124 kg相当を水300 l, 冰 1,500 kg, 19.50Be’ HCl 440 l.に溶しNaNO2 124
kg の溶液て”シアソ”化する。
モノアソ”はNaOH 容量% 380 l.を加えて溶し冰 3,000 kgて”冷し, シ”アソ”ヘン”セ”ンを落し，直ちにNa2CO3 20%液1800L.を2-3 m て”加える。6 h 後NaCl 91/2%て盐析1夜搅拌後滤過する。标准1,920 kg.
Amido Black 10 BC はカツフ0リンク後700に热しNaCl 91/2%て盐析，400Be’硫酸400 l.て”中和後滤過压榨する。标准1,860
kg.

3. 为什么BIOS 1548, 76-7. 不提译文来源？而国内总认为是原始工艺？
4. 三种外文，是本人自行打字，抄录。老了，可能有抄错，仅供学习参考。
