CAS名: Benzenesulfonic acid, 2-methyl-5-nitro-, alk. Cond. Products, oxidized.

用途; 纸品染色等。反应类别: 缩合，氧化。

生产工艺参考文献: 按本人手头资料整理如下。

BIOS 1548, 145.（=胶卷PB 85593）Direct Yellow R extra.  (LeVerkusen). 英国人译自德文Direktgelb R ex. 抄录如下。

Condensation in caustic soda of 4-nitro-toluene-2-sulphonic acid, followed by oxidation with hypochlorite.

The charge is 150 kg. nitrite and the condensation is as described for Curcumine S (page 169). The condensation temperature is maintained four hours at 84-85⁰C.  The completed and cooled condensation is blown into 3,000 l. water and 700 l. HCl 19.5⁰Be’, well stirred and then brought to a volume of 8,000 l.  The batch, showing an alkaline reaction, is warmed to 37⁰C., and 600 l. hypochlorite solution, with an available Chlorine content of 135 g. per liter, run in.  The temperature rises to 40⁰C.  After about ¹/₂ – ³/₄ hour, the reaction with Acetic acid on starch iodide paper has disappeared.  If the shade has not been reached on comparing a dilute solution against standard, a further 80 l. hypochlorite solution are added.  The product is filtered as soon as standard shade has been reached.

Dry in vacuo at 95⁰C. and standardize with salt.

Yield = 660 kg. dry = 915 kg. standard. = 6.1 times the charge in kg. nitrite of 4-nitro-toluene-2-sulphonic acid.

美国人介绍：”Diaminechtgelb A” is oxidized by means of hypochlorite solution. In German. 未抄录。

本胶卷国内有进口，上海图书馆收藏编号是F- 108.

如，Reel No. 114 =PB 74767 – An à Br.  Reel No. 115 =PB 74706 – Br à Ch.  Reel No 116=PB 74772 – Ch à Co. 等。其中胶卷号(Reel No)是有序的，但PB号是无序的！所以至今无人利用它，当然一些商品名也就无法知道了。
