BIOS 1156, 3-4.（=胶卷PB 80346）。 6-Chloro-4-methylthionaphthenequinone-2-(4’-dimethylamino) anil.  “Rosa anil”.

反应式：本人有加注，英国人译自德文（无资料来源），暂未找到德文原件。

Materials: Nitrosodimethylaniline as hydrochloride (at 100%, M.W. 150)  330 kg. = 2.2 mol 

6-Chloro-3-hydroxy-4-methylthionaphthene (M.W. 198.5)     410 kg. = 2.066 mol。   Caustic liquor  330Be’.   250 l.

Procedure:

330 kg. p-nitrosodimethylaniline as the hydrochloride are milled with 800 l. water and 500 kg. ice in a rubber lined vessel with agitator and containing large rubber covered balls.  Temperature 5℃.  Caustic soda liquor is added until just alkaline (250 l.) and milling continued.

Meanwhile 410 kg. of 6-chloro-3-hydroxy-4-methylthionaphthene then run in.  The mixture is stirred for 24 hr. at 20-25℃. and then heated to 70℃.  The volume is made up to 12,000 l. with water, the product is filtered, washed and dried.

Yield = 628 kg. = 91.9% theory.

p-ニトロソジメチルアニリン330 kgを盐酸盐として，水800 l，冰500 kgとゴム张釜（搅拌机ゴム张ボ- ル）で50で碎き，NaOH液约250 lを加えてちようどアルカリ性にし粉碎をつづける。他方6-クロル-4-メチルチオインドキシル410 kgを水1.5 tとまぜておき，これに前记ニトロソ液を加え，20-250に24 h 搅拌後700に上げ，水で12 m3にし，滤洗，亁燥する。628 kg，收率91.9%。

330 kg对亚硝基-N,N’-二甲基苯胺先制成盐酸盐，然后在橡胶衬里的锅中用800 L水和500 kg 冰搅拌研磨，并有大的橡胶包复的球，温度为5℃。加入27% 氢氧化钠溶液250 L至刚果红呈碱性，并继续研磨。

另外将410 kg 6-氯-3-羟基-4-甲基硫茚与1500 L水打浆，然后流入上述研磨的亚硝基二·甲基苯胺，混合物在20-25℃搅拌24小时，然后加热到70℃，加水至总体积为12000 L，产品过滤，洗涤并干燥。得到628 kg 6-氯-4-甲基硫茚酮-2-(4’-二甲氨基)缩苯胺。收率91.9%。
