续前[860-39-9]。At this temperature (20-25℃.) is added during 1-2 hours a melt of 100 kg. 30% sodium sulphide and 60 kg. methanol (+ 20 kg. methanol for washing out) and then also at 20-25℃., 250 kg. caustic liquor 33%.  In one hour the batch is heated to 35-38℃. and stirred at this temperature (usually 1.5-2 hours) until a sample is satisfactory.

Test: 0.5-1 cc. of the reaction mixture is drowned in 10-15 cc. water.  No needles of unreacted disulphide should be precipitatws and at most traces of an impurity.

    续前 [860-39-9]. 20-250に冷し，Na2S 30% 100 kg + メタノ-ル80 kgを1-2 hで加え，なおNaOH 33% 250 kgを加える。1 hで35-380に上げ2 h搅拌してメルカプタンに还原する。

续前 [860-39-9]。在此温度于1-2小时内加入100 kg 30% 硫化钠溶液和60 kg甲醇，再用20 kg 甲醇洗涤，然后在20-25℃加入250 kg 33% 氢氧化钠溶液。于1小时内反应物加热到35-38℃，在此温度搅拌1.5-2小时，取样检验。

检验：取0.5-1 ml 反应混合物投入10-15 ml 水中，没有针状的未反应二硫化物沉淀出来，最多只有痕量杂质。
