生产工艺文献：

因为未抄录德文生产工艺，所以对下列工艺资料不好评述。

Plant:  3000 litre enameled vessel with steam jacket.      3000 litre Venuleth.
Materials:

1900 litres 0-dichlorobenzene and 360 kg 4,4’-diamino-1,1’-dianthrimide are heated to 125⁰C. and 180 kg. benzoyl chloride added in 1¹/₂ hours. Heated to 150⁰C. in 2 hours and held 3 hours. 48 kg. soda ash added and blown into Venuleth.  Dichlorobenzene distilled in Vacuo.

Indanthrene Olive R Base.

In an agitated enameled kettle in 1900 liters of dry ODCB (ortho-dichlorbenzene) are added 360 kilograms of 4,4’-diamino-1,1’’-dianthrimid. This mixyure is heated to 125⁰ and at this temperature is run in 180 liters of benzoylchloride over 1¹/₂ hours. After this, the mixture is heated during 2 hours to 150⁰ and this temperature then held for 3 hours, during which the reaction is completed. (No test.)

The finished melt is then neutralized by adding 48 kilograms of soda ash and the mixture is blown to the Venuleth.  The solvent is distilled off in vacuum.

Yield = 588 kilograms Works Product (75%) = 439 kilograms (100%) = 84% of theory.
