Method:

1500 l. litres p-toluidine, 160 kg. sodium acetate are heated to 140⁰C. and after cooling back to 120⁰C. 400 kg. 1-methylamino-4-

-bromoanthraquinone are added. The temperature is raised to 185-190⁰C. and maintained there for 7-8 hours and the charge then blown to a second vessel, cooled to 70⁰C. and 1500 l. methanol added. After cooling to 20⁰C. the charge is filtered, washed with methanol and with water. The cake is then boiled with dilute hydrochloric acid, filtered, washed neutral and dried in vacuum at 70-80⁰C.

FIAT 1313,II, 222-3. (= 胶卷PB 85172.)  Astrol  “Sprit Rein” (1-Methylamino-4-p-toluidinoanthraquinone) 美国人译文。抄录如下。

Heat 1500 l. molten p-toluidino and 160 kg. anhydrous sodium acetate to 140⁰C to distill out any water. Cool to 120⁰C and add 400 kg. 1-methylamino-4-bromo anthraquinone. Heat to 185-190⁰C and hold until complete (7 to 8 hours).

Transfer to iron kettle, cool to 70⁰C, and dilute with 1500 l. methanol. Cool to 20⁰C and filter on pressure nutsch. Wash with methanol, then with water.

Slurry cake with dilute aqueous hydrochloric acid, heat, filter and wash neutral.  Dry in vacuo at 70-80⁰C.

Arbeitsweise:  （生产工艺，德文原件）

1500 l. p-Toluidin und 160 kg. Natriumacetat werden zur Entferung von Wasser auf 140⁰ geheizt. Nach Abkuehlen auf 120⁰ werden 400 kg. 1-Methylamido-4-bromanthrachinon eingetragen. Man heizt auf 185-190⁰ und haelt die Schmelze bei dieser Temperatur (ca. 7-8 Stunden), bis die Reaktion beendet ist. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird in einer Verduenntungskessel gedruckt und nach kuehlt auf 70⁰ mit 1500 l. Methylalkohol verrehrt, Man kuehlt auf 20⁰ und druckt die Partie auf eine Drucknutsch gedruckt. Das Nutschgut wird mit Methanol, anschliessend mit Wasser ... 以下原胶卷不清。
