Method:

250 kg. sodium acetate are dissolved in 1850 l. p-toluidine at 140⁰C. and after cooling to 120⁰C. 820 kg. 4-chloro-1-amino-2-methyl-

-anthraquinone is added , followed by 5 kg. copper sulphate. The temperature is raised to 150-155⁰C. and maintained for 6-7 hours.

Test: Colour against standard when dissolved in chlorobenzene or pyridine.

After cooling to 70⁰C., 1850 l. methanol is added and when cooled to 20⁰C. the charge is blown to the pressure filter, washed with methanol and then with water. The cake is slurried with dilute hydrochloric acid, filtered on a nutsch, washed and dried.

FIAT 1313,II, 224. (= 胶卷PB 85172)  Cyananthrol “Sprit Rein” (1-Amino-2-methyl-4-p-toluidinoanthraquinone. 美译文。抄录如下。

   Heat 1850 l. molten p-toluidine and 250 kg. sodium acetate anhydrous to 140⁰C to distill off any water. Cool to 120⁰C and add 820 kg. (salt free basis) 1-amino-2-methyl-4-chloro anthraquinone and 5 kg. copper sulfate crystals. Heat to 150-155⁰C. and hold until reaction is complete (6-7 hours).

Transfer to iron dilution kettle and cool to 70⁰C. Add 1850 l. methanol. Cool to 20⁰C and filter on a pressure nutsch. Wash with methanol, then with water.

Boil cake up with dilute aqueous hydrochloric acid, filter on a nutsch and wash until neutral. Dry.

PB 82232, 893.  Vorschrift zur Fabrikation von Cyananthrol sprit rein  抄录如下。

I.  Arbeitsweise:   （生产工艺，德文原件）

1850 l. p-Toluidin und 250 kg. Natriumacetat werden bei 140⁰ trocken geheizt. Nach AbKuehlung auf 120⁰ werden 820 kg. eff. 1-Amino-2-methyl-4-chloranthrachinon und 5 kg. Kupfersulfat eingetragen. Die Schmelze wird nun auf 150-155⁰ geheizt und so lang auf Temperatur gehalten bis die Reaktion beendet ist. (ca. 6-7 Stunden). In einen Verduennungskessel wird auf 70⁰ abgekuehlt, mit eine 1850 l. Methanol verduennt. Bei 20⁰ wird auf einer Drucknutsche gesuagt ...... 以下原胶卷不清。
