20 kg. Sulphur.  75 kg. Bromine.

The Golden Orange G is dissolved in the chlorosulphonic acid together with the sulphur and the bromine added quickly. The mixture is heated to 58⁰ and held at this temperature for 2 hours. Cooled and added 800 kg. 96% H₂SO₄. Stirred 6 hours and then poured into 18,000 litres of water. Filtered and washed acid free.

Yield = 250 kg. Indanthrene Orange RRT (kept as paste) = 90% of theory.

200 kilograms of Indanthrene Golden Orange G (Dry 100%). 1600 kilograms of Chloro sulfonic qcid.

3 kilograms of iodine.  75 kilograms of bromine.

The golden Orange G crude is dissolved in the chlorosulfonic acid and then the iodine and bromine added and the mixture heated to 58⁰ and held for two hours, or until a sample has a bromine analysis of 27 – 28%, after which it I s cooled to 30⁰ and 800 kilograms of sulfuric acid (96%) is run in slowly and agitated until all the hydrogen chloride has been evolved.

The mixture is then blown into 18,000 liters of water and the precipitated color is filtered off, washed acid free, and the press cakes dyetested and held for standardization.

The yield is 250 kilograms of Indanthrene Golden Orange RRT (100%) = 90% of theory from the Golden Orange G.

设备： 3.2立方米铁溴化锅。22立方米稀释锅。压滤机。

操作步骤：

溴化锅内先加入1600公斤氯磺酸，然后加入200公斤金橙G 溶解，再加入20公斤硫黄（或用2公斤碘），最后加入67.8公斤（=19 罐）溴，于2小时内加热到43-45⁰C. 保温3小时，再在半小时内升温到58⁰C. 保温2小时，于一小时内冷却。而后在2-3小时内 （注意:发泡）加入800公斤96%硫酸，搅拌6小时，压料到预先加有18,000升水的稀释锅内，过滤，用热水洗到中性。滤饼送194车间烘干，

收率： 投200公斤金橙G。得250公斤橙2RT。

生产要点： 因怕磺化，溴化温度不要超过60⁰C.

加注:  1. 抄录英译原文。因为过去认为这些资料是1946年的，其实有的不是，如本工艺是1934年的。

       2. PB 报告比 BIOS 和FIAT 好多了。为什么不利用它？
