CAS名：Benzenesulfonic acid, 2[[9,10-dihydro-4-(methylamino)-9,10dioxo-1-anthracenyl]amino]-5-methyl]-, monosodium salt.

发明者：R. E. Schmidt 1901年。 生产工艺参考文献: FIAT 1313, 2, 222; FIAT 764 – Alizarinastrol B（抄自“Colour Index”）。

用途：织物染色，纸张和皮革的着色。  LookChem网登录生产与经营单位16家。 反应类别：磺化。

BIOS 1484, 24.（=胶卷PB86139）。 Alizarine Astrol B  (Leverkusen). 英国人译自德文，无资料来源。

反应式：本人有加注，CAS号 [128-85-8]已在2016年6月29日以C.I. 溶剂蓝11已上网，但是未抄录日文译文。德文原件未抄录。

Sulfphonated 1-methylamino-4-p-toluidinoanthraquinone. 

Sulphonation: 200 kg. above base is dissolved in 1200 kg. 8% oleum in a 1000 litre vessel below 25℃. and stirring continued until a sample is soluble in water.  20% oleum is added if necessary.  The solution is blown to 6000 l. water and 2 kg. bisulphite in a tiled vessel and warmed to 90℃.  The product crystallizes as dark violet crystals and is filtered in a press and washed with water until the liquors are no longer blue.  The press cake is stirred in an iron vessel containing 800 l. water and 1200 l. salt solution containing 25% sodium chloride, and made alkaline with caustic soda.  It is then heated to 95℃., filtered and washed with water until the product has a m. p. of 110 – 120℃.

Yield = 325 kg. = 812 kg. standard powder.

FIAT 1313, 2, 223.（=胶卷PB 85172）。 Alizarin Astrol B. (Leverkusen).  美国人译自德文，无资料来源。

Below 25℃, add 200 kg. Astrol“Sprit Rein”to 1200 kg. 8% oleum and stir until soluble in water by test.  If necessary for completion, add 20% oleum.  Add to 6000 l. water containing 2 kg. sodium bisulfite.  Warm to 90℃ to form dark violet crystals.  Filter in press and wash until washings start to turn blue.

Slurry cake in a mixture of 800 l. water and 1200 l. 23% sodium chloride solution.  Make alkaline with sodium hydroxide and heat to 95℃.  Filter in press and wash a little.  Dry at 110 – 120℃.   Yield 325 kg. dry = 812 kg. standard.

（1）1-Methlamino-4-p-toluidinoanthraquinone, “Astrol base”(Sudan Blue G). C.I. 溶剂蓝11. CAS号 [128-85-8] 上次未抄录，今补上。

p-トルイジン1500 l. + NaAc 160 kgを1400で脱水，1200にて1-メチルアミノ-4-ブロムアントラキノン400 kgを加え185-1900に7-8 h保温後，铁釜に移し700にてメタノ- ル1.5 m3でうすめ200で滤過，メタノ- ルで洗い，水で洗う。ケ- クを希盐酸水と加热，滤洗，70-800で减压亁燥。304 kg。

（2）Alizarin Astrol B. CAS号 [6408-51-1]。

“Astrol base”200 kgを8% 发烟硫酸1.2 tに250以下で加え水に溶けるまで搅拌，水6 t + NaHSO3 2 kgに排出，900に热し，滤洗する。ケ- クを水800 l + 25% NaCl液1.2 m3とまぜNaOHでアルカリ性となし950で滤過し少し洗う。110-1200で亁燥325 kg = 标准812 kg。

PB 82232, 849-851. “Alizarin astrol B”. 德文生产工艺，未抄录。2 美元。美国人介绍如下。其中含C.I. 溶剂蓝11的生产工艺。
