Process: A) Diazo. 重氮化 : 以下抄录,不再按原文分项。(德文原件是按投料量分项 – 英文译文相同,)。
48.4 kg Base 100% 2-amidoanisolcarboxylamine are
stirred into a mixture of 140 l. 5N
HCl (25.55 kg HCl) and 200 l. H2O
at 200C, until completely dissolved. 600 kg ice are added (temperature -50 ) and then 26.2
l. 40% NaNO2 solution (34.5 kg 40%) (13.8 kg NaNO2)
are run in under the surface in about 15 minutes. The diazotization is very
rapid. Volume = 1500 l.
Notes: 操作要点 :
1) The base must be run into the HCl
solution. If done vice versa the HCl salt of the base is readily formed (1 Base
: 1 HCl); this precipitates and does not redissolve.

About 1 kg base 100% are dissolved in 4000 cc H2O and 2 l. 5N HCl at
300C and cooled with ice to -50C for use in eliminating any HNO2 excess and to compensate for any
deficiency in base owing to error in analysis.
B) Solution NAS-BS. 色酚 AS-BS 溶解 :

Turkey Red Oil and 8 kg Cyclanon L are added to 200 l. H2O. 53.333
kg 33% NaOH (17.6 kg NaOH) or (88 l. 5N =39.1 l. 33% by weight) are added and
the mixture heated to 800C. Then 70.8 kg NAS-BS (M.W. 308, 0.2 =
61.6; 0.2 + 15% = 61.6 + 9.24 = 70.8) are added. After heating directly with
steam to 1000C all goes
completely in solution. Volume = 500 l.
C) Coupling. 偶合 :
500 kg
ice are added to 500 l. H2O and the NAS-BS is added thereto. Volume
is made to 2000 l. with ice and H2O to temperature of 100C. The NAS-BS is
precipitated over 1/2 hr. with 89 l. HCl 5N (=16.243 kg HCl). Reaction definitely
acid. Temperature 150C. The
diazo solution is filtered and run into the NAS-BS under the surface over 1/2
hour with simultaneous addition of a solution of 164 kg Sodium Acetate crystals (Mol.Wt. 136) in 250 l. H2O, addition of both solutions ending at the
same time at end of coupling. Diazo and sodium acetate solution vats are washed
down with 1000 l. H2O. Temperature at end of coupling = 150C. If temperature is
lower than 150C the coupling is heated carefully to 150C. End volume = 6000 l. Coupling time after all diazo
has been added = 2 hr. 10 mins. Coupling
time after washing out vats = 1 hr. 10 mins.
Yield: 122 kg presscake 100%. Theory = 112.2 kg. The
presscake is made to 15% paste and worked into a factis paste in the proportions
of 1:1.5 (color: factis) at Ludwigshafen.
Notes: The diazo contains a slight amount of slimy
impurity which tends to clog the clarifying press. About 2 hrs. are required
for filtration. The use of a filter aid in the diazo is helpful and necessary. 3 kg Kieselgur are pasted with 700 l. H2O
and put thru the clarifying press; thereafter the diazo is filtered thru this
running the diazo directly into the coupling solution. Filtration by the
ordinary method of adding filter aid to the diazo takes much longer, about 2
hrs., whereas if filtered as described only 1 hr. is required to filter all of
the diao.

1959, 6, 56-57. 抄录如下。
本试验主要根据BIOS,
1661中所载的颜料品种及合成方法,。。。(一)实验部分:
枣红BF: 将9.7克2-甲氧基-5-苯甲酰苯胺加入17毫升30% 盐酸,40毫升水及120克冰,使温度降到- 50C,于15分钟内加入2.1克亚硝酸钠与10毫升水之溶液,最后体积做到300毫升。
将纳夫妥AS-BS 14.2克溶于2.6克烧碱和40毫升水中,加入0.5克土耳其红油1.6克鲸鱼皂,加热至800C,最后体积做成100毫升。再加100毫升水和100克冰做成400毫升。在100C加入11毫升30% 盐酸,使析出,最后温度150C.
将重氮液于1小时内加入偶合液,再加32.8克醋酸钠和50毫升水的溶液,搅拌2小时,pH = 4-5,最后体积为1200毫升。过滤,洗涤,烘干得橡胶枣红BF
22克,为理论量之92%。

【制法】在200C下,将48.5 kg N- (3-氨基-4-甲氧基苯甲酰基)苯胺溶于140 L 5 mol/L 盐酸和200 L水中,加入600 kg冰降温至 -50C, 在15 min内自液面下加入26.2 L 40% 亚硝酸钠溶液进行重氮化,完毕后稀释至体积为1500 L,过滤,得重氮液。
在800C, 将39 L 33%氢氧化钠溶液,4 kg土耳其红油和8 kg环烷酮溶于200 L水中,再加入70.8 kg色酚AS-BS。加热至1000C,体积为500 L, 使其全部溶解。将其倒入500 L水和500 kg冰中,并稀释至2000 L, 温度100C。在30 min内加入89 L 5mol/L盐酸,析出AS-BS沉淀。在1 h内,从液面下加入重氮液,同时加入164 kg醋酸钠在250 L水中的溶液,稀释至总体积为6000 L,150C搅拌2 h至反应完全。压滤,洗涤,干燥,得122
kg产品。

关于2000年后出版的图书,为什么不写资料来源?本人抄录文上网写明资料来源,一看是1945年以前的,读者一定说是考古!我想有点关系吧!我想了解产品的历史也是有用的。关键是要老老实实写明资料来源!
