用途: 合成药物Nimesulide [51803-78-2].   反应类别: 缩合。

BIOS 1153, 103-104.  o-Nitrodiphenyl ether.  (Leverkusen).  英国人译自德文（无资料来源）。

反应式: 本人有加注，暂未找到德文原件。

Plant:  1  2000 l. C.I. vessel, agitated, heating and cooling coils。   1  2000 l. vessel。     1 Nutsche。 

Materials:  Phenol   500 kg. (=5.3 kg. mol.)。   Caustic soda flake   150 kg. (=3.75 kg. mol.)。

 o-Chloronitrobenzene  500 kg. (=3.18 kg. mol.)。

Process:

The reaction vessel is charged with 500 kg. of phenol and heated to 800.  At this temperature 150 kg. of caustic soda flake are added carefully by hand over 4 hours (protective goggles, respirator and protective clothing for arms and neck).  When all is well mixed and there is no further temperature rise, 500 kg. of molten o-chloronitrobenzene are run in from a small, heated pressure vessel during 8 hours at 95℃.  (Note).  The batch is held for 24 hours at 950, then for a further 24 hours at 1000 and finally for 24 hours at 1050.  It is stirred at this temperature until the caustic soda content remains constant and is equivalent to a 100% conversion of the o-chloronitrobenzene charged.  Total time: 4-5 days.

The batch is now blown to a second vessel containing 500 l. of water.  After heating it is made just acid with hydrochloric acid (95 kg. approx.), filtered and washed several times with water.  It is then charged to casks and transported to the reduction plant.  Yield: 95% theory.

Note: The temperature of 950 must not be exceeded as otherwise there is some danger of an explosion.

在2000 L铸铁釜中加入500 kg苯酚，加热到80℃, 在此温度仔细于4小时内加入150 kg 片状氢氧化钠(穿戴好防护眼镜，口罩和防护服)。当所有物料很好混合，并且不再有温度上升时，于8小时内在95℃从一小的加热的压力釜中流入500 kg 熔融的邻氯硝基苯。反应物在95℃保持24小时，在100℃保持24小时，最后在105℃保持24小时。在105℃搅拌至氢氧化钠含量保持恒定，并且邻氯硝基苯的加料100% 转化。总时间为4-5天。

反应物压入第二个含500 L水和2000 L釜内，加料后用约95 kg 盐酸酸化至刚呈酸性，过滤，水洗数次，直接送往还原，收率95%。

在加料时温度不可超过95℃, 否则会有爆炸危险。

学习与思考：

上网已2年多，读者普遍认为BIOS和FIAT以及BP报告的历史资料已是老掉牙的资料，同时美国化学文摘也没有摘录，所以至今未见国内出版物有其译文和摘译文，今天本人上网只能作为一种检索工具了！

对照上面英文译文，以及国内在生产中所出现的一些事故，我想上面的资料至少可以作为一种参考吧！另外多乙烯参考资料供大家参考总是会有用的吧！

本资料与本人从事的染料及中间体无关，上网的目的是相说明这类资料面是很广的，
