Apparatur:  设备: 3 台。略。 

Charge:  300 kg  4-chlor-3-nitrobenzotrifluoride。   1300 kg  aqueous ammonia。

Process:

300 kg of chlor-nitro-benzotrifluoride and 1300 kg of aqueous ammonia are charged into a 3000 l. cast steel steam jacketed autoclave fitted with a propeller type agitator.  The material is heated with low pressure steam to 105℃.  The temperature rises by itself to 120℃ and is held at 120℃ for 4 hours.  Then the gas is permitted to escape and the deposit run to the 4500 l. cast iron vessel fitted with an agitator and cooling jacket.  After cooling to 55-60℃ the material is drained on a wooden box type nutsch.  The mother liquor is drawn off with vacuum and the trifluormethyl-nitraniline is washed with cold water.

Yield: 255 kg.

Materials used per ton of product:  （产品单耗）：Chloronitrobenzotrifluoride   1175 kg.   Ammonia, 100%   148 kg.

Service requirements per ton of product: （公用工程单耗）：Electricity  400 kwh.   Steam   15 tons.    Water   400 M3.

Procedure:

300 kg. of chloronitrobenzotrifluoride and 1300 kg. of 25-30% NH3 are charged into the autoclave.  The charge is heated to 105℃ with low pressure steam.  It then rises of its own accord to 120℃.  This temperature is maintained for 4 hours.  The pressure is released and the batch is blown to4500 l. vessel.  After cooling to 55 to 60℃, the product is filtered and washed with cold water.  Yield: 255 kg.

前记ニトロ300 kg, アンモニア水1.3 tを3 m3オ-トクレ-ブで1050に加热すれば反应热で1200に上り4 h 保温する。NH3を出した後排出して55-600に冷し木制ヌッツェで滤し水で洗う。255 kg.

张澍声  《精细化工中间体工业生产技术》 1996年， p. 151.   4-三氟甲基-2-硝基苯胺。译自FIAT 1313, I, 267.

将300 kg 2-硝基-4-三氟甲基氯苯和1300 kg 25-30% 氨水加到3000 L铸钢高压釜中，加热到105℃，然后由自身反应热升高至120℃，在此温度保持4小时，释去压力，压出反应物，冷却到55-60℃，过滤，用冷水洗涤，得到255 kg 4-三氟甲基-2-硝基苯胺。

学习与思考:

从抄录文可以看出，美国人也有重复摘译的，第一次未说明年份，第二次说明是1947年的生产工艺。本人暂未找到相应的德文原件。
