4-Methoxy-6-acetaminoquinaldine  25 kg. 

Ammonium chloride               6 kg.

Alcoholic ammonia 7%            75 kg.

The mixture is stirred in an autoclave and heated at 110℃. 10-12 atoms. for 6 hours.  Alcohol is then distilled off from the same vessel and the residue dissolved in 40 l. water and transferred to an enamelled iron pot.  75 kg conc. Hydrochloric acid are added and the mixture heated at 80-90℃. for 5 hours (Removal of CH3CO- ).  On cooling the diamino-quinaldine hydrochloride crystallizes and filtered by suction. Yield: 23 kg. （这是盐酸盐得量，暂未找到其CAS号）。

The hydrochloride is dissolved in 70 l. hot water, made alkaline with ammonia, treated with 3 kilos decolourising charcoal filtered.  30 kg. of 33% sodium hydroxide is added to precipitate the base which is filtered bu suction and washed with cold water.

Yield: 15 kg. M.Pt. 194-195℃.
