CAS名：2,7-Naphthalenedisulfonic acid, 3-[(5-chloro-2-hydroxyphenyl)azo]-4,5-dihydroxy-, disodium salt.

用途：织物染色，电化铝着色。 LookChem网登录生产与经营单位50家。 反应类别：重氮化，偶合。

原版《Colour Index》：发明者：K. Schirmacher and F. Schmidt 1905年。生产工艺参考文献：FIAT 764 – Echtbeizenblau B

4-Chloro-2-aminophenol 重氮化，偶合  Chromotrope acid (1,8-Dihydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulphonic acid. 

100 kg. Nitrite 4-chloro-2-aminophenol is charged into 4,000 l. water, 400 l. HCl 19.50Be’ and 2,000 kg. ice and diazotized at 5℃. with 100 kg. NaNO2.

Volume 7,000 l.

105 kg. Nitrite Chromotrope acid is dissolved in 3,000 l. water and 15o kg. NaOH liquor 40%.  The solution is cooled to 8℃. with 1,000 kg. ice and 160 kg. lime added.  Volume 8,000 l.  Add the diazo.  Volume 15,000 l.  Stir overnight.

Next day dilute to 19,000 l., heat to 50℃. and add 700 kg. Na2CO3.  Filter and to the filtrate add 1,200 l. HCl 19.50Be’ till acid to litmus.  Add salt to 18% of volume, stir overnight and filter next day1.

Dry in vacuo at 95℃. and standardize with Glauber’s Salt.   Yield = 1,220 kg. Type.

Chloro-o-phenol is diazotized and coupled with chromotropic acid.  This process is described.  In German. 德文原件，本人未抄录。

4-クロル-2-アミノフェノ-ル NaNO2 100 kg相当量を水3 – 4 t，盐酸400 lおよび冰とまぜて50に冷し，NaNO2 30% 334 lを加え，50で0.5 h搅拌する。6 – 7 m3。 クロモトロ-プ酸 NaNO2 105 kg相当を水3 tとNa2CO3に300で溶し冰水で80, 8 m3にした上，CaO 160 kgをミルクにしたものを加え，これにジアゾ液を加える。 13 – 14 m3。 1夜150で搅拌，翌朝20 m3にうすめ, 500に温め，Na2CO3 600 kgを加えてアルカリ性にし，2 h搅拌，CaCO3 を滤過し，水2 – 3 tで洗い，滤洗液に500で盐酸900 – 1000 lを加えて弱アルカリ性（pH 7.25）とし, NaCl 12% で盐析，1夜搅拌後滤過する。

从1995年丁忠传 主编《染料品种指南》，到2005年肖 刚 主编《世界染料品种 – 2005年》，C.I. 媒介蓝13的参考文献都是FIAT 764.

    最早研究单位：沈阳化工研究院，以后国内有单位生产。均未提及本人提出的参考资料！当然没有它一样能生产！
