This product was made by the condensation of chloranil [118-75-2] with 3-amino-N-ethyl-carbazole [132-32-1] in ortho-dichlorobenzene,得缩合物 [80546-37-8], followed by ring closure in the same condensation mass by the addition of p-toluene sulfochloride (or benzene sulfochloride) which facilitates the splitting out of the water. The crude dye was obtained by this simplified method in a yield of at least 80% of theory. The color base as obtained in the ring closure step, was sulfonated (to slightly more than 3 sulfonic acid groups) using 99.5% sulfuric acid as the preferred sulfonating agent, 得产品[1324-58-9]。

o-ジクロルベンゼン1940kgに50°Cで，アミノエチルカ-バゾル[132-32-1] 100kg，無水酢酸ソ-ダ 42.5kg，クロルアニル [118-75-2] 87.5kgを加え，60-65°Cに2 h保温後减压で5h位かけて115°Cに上げ酢酸が出なくなつたら，常压で150°Cに上げベンゼンスルホニルクロライド40-50 kgを加え，176-180°Cで4-8h酢酸が出なくなるまで加热する。o-ジクロルベンゼン500kgを加え100°Cで压滤，溶媒200L(100°C)で洗い，ケ-クを水蒸气蒸馏，滤洗で，100°C乾燥する。收率80%。

99.1-99.4% 硫酸2100kgにジオキサジン [80546-37-8] 85kg 粉末を常温で2hで加え，1hで90-95°Cに上げ8h保温する。水1m³+冰2tに50°C以下で排出，24h後滤過，17% NaCl液20 m³で洗い(滤液の硫酸分が2%になるまで)，ケ-クを23% NaCl 液1m³とまぜ，Na₂CO₃を加えてタ-メリック纸に弱ルカリ性とし，NaCl 100kgで盐析，滤過，23% NaCl 水1.5m³で洗い，60-70°Cで乾燥する。デキストリン，Na₂SO₄，Na₃PO₄，エマルホアで标准化する。

【制法】Condense 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole with chloranil in pyridine, and simultaneously cyclise and rather more than trisulfonate with 99.5% sulfuric acid (for Sirius Light Blue FFGL), or condense and cyclise in o-dichlorobenzene with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride, and rather more than trisulfonate as above (for Sirius Light Blue FFRL), and convert to the trisodium salt. Chemically the two products are identical.
