A.     Preparation of nitrosyl sulphuric acid

【CAS号】[7782-78-7] (抄注：[7782-78-7]已在2019年6月17日上传)

In a clean and dry glass lined vessel. Charge 1820kg sulphuric acid. Start ice water circulation in jacket. Charge 159kg Sodium Nitrite slowly through sieve below 40°C. Stir 2hrs at 40°C. Cool to 25°C by jacket cooling.

B.     Preparation of diazo

To the cooled (25-30°C) nitrosyl sulphuric acid, charge 634kg 2,6-dibromo-4-nitroaniline [827-94-1], slowly through sieve at 25-30°C, stir 2hrs at 25-30°C. Test sample for completion of diazotization of diazotization. Volume 1330 l. Temperature 25-30°C.

C.     Preparation of couplet

【CAS号】[148-87-8]

Check M.S.R.L, Charge 3000L water, charge 2000kg Ice, charge 400kg sulphuric acid. Keeping temperature 15-20°C. Charge 42kg Reax 85 A. Charge 21kg sulfamic acid. When diazo is ready, charge sufficient ice to keep temperature below 5°C. Charge 390kg N-cyanoethyl-N-ethylanilino [148-87-8], stir well. Charge 5kgsurfynol 104 E [126-86-3].

D.    Coupling

Charge D-14 diazo to coupler solution slowly and continuously below 5°C. Stir 0.5hr below 5°C. Check coupling with same “Diazo” and “Coupler” solution. Couplet ⁺. Diazo ^-. Runout on spot is clear.

E.     Crystal stabilization

To the coupled mass, charge 21kg Matamol D. Stir well. In a vessel prepare 20% w/v caustic soda solution with caustic soda lye (50%) and Ice. Charge this solution to the coupled mass below 20°C. Till pH adjusted to 4.0. Heat to 70°C. Stir at 70°C for 2hrs and observe crystal shape.

F.     Filtration

Filter batch. Give warm water (50°C). Wash to cake till neutral and press cake coupler free.
