反应式：  本人有加注。

   4-Oxalyl-p-phenylenediamine-3-sulphonic acid, equivalent to 100 kg. NaNO₂, is charged to a vat containing 2400 l. of water and made weakly alkaline by the addition of 40% aqueous caustic soda solution equivalent to 120 kg. 100% NaOH. The solution is screened into a second vat where the volume is made up to 3400 l. Phosgene (120 kg.) is passed in with the simultaneous addition of 130 kg. of soda ash to keep the mass faintly alkaline.

   Test:  The free amino content by nitrite titration should be less than 1.5%.

   The batch is blown to a C.I. tank; heated to 75⁰ and made up to 3950 l. by the addition of 300 kg. of salt and 154 kg. of 100% NaOH as 40% solution. The temperature is maintained at 75⁰ for ³/₄ hour.

   Test:  A nitrite test should give an equivalent of 97% of the material charged.

   The solution is cooled to 35⁰ and blown to a tile-lined vat containing 500 l. of water and 200 l. of 19¹/₂⁰Be’ hydrochloric acid. Hydrochloric acid (100 l.) is run in simultaneously to maintain definite Congo acidity. 225 kg. salt are also added.

 Test:  A sample is filtered in the laboratory and the filtrate estimated with NaNO₂. The loss in the filtrate should be not more than 14%

   The batch is then filtered.   Yield:  800 kg. paste = 63 kg. NaNO₂ = 83% theory.

PB 74025, 1668.  Verfahren zur Herstellung von 4,4’-Diamino-diphenylharnstoff-3,3’-disulfosaeure 1946年1月25日 抄录如下。

100 kg Nitrit 4-Amino-1-oxalylamino-2-benzolsulfosaeure (Mol. 260) warden in 2400 l. Wasser eingetragen und mit ca.

 75 kg Natronlauge 100% in 40%iger Loesung geloest. Das Volumen wird auf 3200 l. eingestellt. Dann mit

 20 kg Soda versetzt.  Nun werden

120 kg Phosgen eingeleitet und gleichzeitig und gleichmassig

110 kg Soda zugegeben, so dass die Reaktion schwach alkalisch bleibt. Die fertige Phosgenierung wird in den Verseifungskessel, der aus einen eisernen Ruehrkessel mit einer Eisenschlange besteht, die sowohl mit Dampf als auch mit kaltem Wasser beschiekt werden kann, gezogen. Die wird hier auf 75⁰ angewaermt. Volumen 3900 l. Dann werden 300 kg Steinsalz und

178 kg Natronlauge 100% in 40%iger Loesung zugegeben. Die Temperatur wird ¹/₄ Stunde bei 75⁰ gehalten. Dann wird auf 35⁰ gekuehlt. Dann wird die Verseifung in die Ausarbeitungsbuette gedrueckt auf folgende Vorlage

500 l. Wasser 200 l. Salzsaeure 19.5⁰Be‘. Wahrend des Zulaufes werden nach ca.

320 l. Salzsaeure 19.5⁰Be‘ bis zur schwach sauren Reaktion, sowie

800 kg Stainsalz zugegeben. Am folgenden Morgen wird auf eine Nutsche isoliert.

Ausbeute:  81.5% der Theorie = 81.5 kg Nitrit = 237 kg 100%ige
