【Diazotisation】
1-Amino-8-0-benzoylsulphoxynaphthalene-3,6-disulphonic
acid, (Benzenesulphonyl-H-acid) [82-23-8], 50kg NaNO2, is dissolved
to a neutral solution in 2,000L water with soda. After addition of 200L
hydrochloric acid 19.5°Be’, the solution is cooled with 1,000kg Ice to 10°C and
diazotized with a 30% solution of 51kg sodium nitrite. The diazotization is
stirred for one hour. Volume 4,000L. Temperature
10-15°C. Before coupling the nitrite excess is removed with Sulphamic acid.

【Coupling】(偶合产物:C24H21N3O10S3 , CAS号[117-44-2])
103kg
Crsidine [120-71-8] are dissolved at 80°C in 2,000L water with 100L
hydrochloric acid, cooled with ice (1,000kg) to 25-30°C and run into the diazo,
followed by 100kg sodium acetae as 20% solution. The reaction should be Congo
violet. Temperature 10°C. Volume 7,000L.

【Diazotisation】
The
coupling mixture is cooled with 1,000kg ice to 5°C., acidified with 150L
hydrochloric acid and diazotized with 55kg sodium nitrite as 30% solution. After one hour the diazo compound is isolated
with 5% salt and filtered off. The paste
is then stirred in 2,000L water.

【Final Coupling】
Phenyl-J-acid
[119-40-4], = 45kg NaNO2, is dissolved in 3,000L water and 60L
Ammonia 25%, and after cooling with 1,500kg ice, a further 300L of Ammonia 25%
added. Temperature 0°C. The above diazo s run in the mixture stirred overnight.
Temperature 5°C. Volume 7,000L.

【Hydrolysis】
On the
following day the coupling is heated to 75-80°C (Volume 10,000L) and after
addition of 810L caustic soda 36.5°Be’ heated for 20 minutes at 75-80°C. The completed hydrolysis is then run quickly
into a vat containing 1,000L water and 2,000kg Ice, and hydrochloric acid (about
900L) is added until only weakly alkaline. The batch is salted out to 2%,
filtered, dried at 90°C. under vacuum and standardized with salt. Yield = 400kg,
dry = 1,150kg Type.

tとソ-ダに溶解,盐酸200L,冰1tを加え10°にし,NaNO2 51kgを30%液として加え1h搅拌する。4m3。过剩のHNO2 はスルファミン酸で消す。
(2)
【カップリング】(偶合)
クレシジン103kgを水2tと盐酸100Lに80°で溶し,冰1tを加えて25-30°にし,これをジアゾ液に注加,NaAc 100kgを20%液として加えコンゴ-紫色にする。10°, 7m3。
(3)
【二次ジアゾ化】(第二次重氮化)
カップリング液を冰1 tで5°に冷し,盐酸150Lを加え,NaNO2 55kgを30%
液として加え1h搅拌,NaCl
5%で盐析,滤過する。ペ-
ストを水2tとまぜる。
(4)
【二次カップリング】(第二次偶合)
フェニルJ酸NaNO2 45kg相当を水3 t + 25% NH3 60Lに溶し,冰1.5tを加え,25%
NH3 300L 追加,0°。これに上记ジアゾ液を注加5°で1 夜搅拌。7 m3。
(5)
【加水分解】
カップリング液を75-80°に热し,NaOH
36.5°Be’ 810Lを加えて後20
m保温して加水分解,水1t
+ 冰2tに排出,盐酸约900Lを加えて弱アルカリ性とし,NaCl
2%を加え滤過,90°で真空乾燥。400kg = 1150kg标准。
